Baccarat
Premium Baccarat from Playtech is the standard-pace table, and Speed Baccarat from JILI compresses the same game into a much shorter round. Baccarat is the lowest-effort game in the room to play well, because the correct strategy is almost trivial: the banker bet carries the lowest house edge, the player bet is marginally worse, and the tie bet is far worse than both despite its tempting payout. Bet banker, ignore the tie, and you have already played it about as well as it can be played.
Roulette

Blackjack

Blackjack rewards study more than anything else in the room — basic strategy is a solved chart, and following it cuts the house edge to a fraction of what intuition gives you. Multihand lets you play several boxes at once, which multiplies both the stake and the speed at which a mistake compounds.
Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo and Fan Tan
Dragon Tiger from Pragmatic Play is baccarat stripped to a single card each — fast, simple, and a good entry point. Sic Bo from JILI is a three-dice game where the outer bets look generous and carry a steep edge, while the simple big/small bets are much closer to fair.
